If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To maintain the quality of our skincare line and ensure fairness to all customers, please review the following conditions for return eligibility:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery as verified by tracking information.
• The product must be no more than 15-20% used. Bottles that are empty or nearly empty are not eligible for a refund.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Only one unit per product type may be returned per customer, per order. We do not accept bulk returns of multiple units of the same product.
• Proof of purchase (your order confirmation) is required.

Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

• Products that are heavily used
• Items not purchased directly from our website
• Returns initiated after the 30-day window
• Post purchase items, like the headband or travel bag

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email our support team at support@novelleskincare.ca with the following information:

1. Your full name, email, and/or phone number you used with your order
2. The name of the product you wish to return
3. A brief explanation of why the product didn’t work for you
4. Clear photo(s) showing the current state of the product (to verify usage level)

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will provide you with an address to send it to, and you may proceed from there.

Refunds

After we receive your returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
